Anyone in the RDU area with a lowered stock seat? I'd like to try before I buy!

My wife has encouraged me to buy one of my dream cars and high on that list is the S2000. I've driven a few, and always loved the driving experience with the exception of the headroom (6ft tall, long torso) and thigh room below the wheel (weight). At any rate, it's at the edge of okay for me, I even fit under the OEM hardtop, but I've always assumed the BYS lowering rail and/or removing some of the foam from the driver's seat would make it just right. I daily drove a Saturn Sky Redline for a year, so I don't mind the cramped space that comes with a sports car, but it would be nice to feel like I wasn't sitting on top of the car.
Anyway, if you've got a lowered/modified driver's seat in Raleigh or close by, and you wouldn't mind letting me sit in it for a minute (no driving, of course), I'd be grateful.

I'm 6'-3" and fit just fine when I was stock. If you want to track the car you're going to have a hard time passing the broomstick test with a helmet on, but for the street it was just fine.

I am 6'2" and fit just fine too. I was at one point driving this full time and invested in a little sticky thing for the top of the window that let me see stop lights better.
Eventually I turned it to a FUN car and so top down 99% of the time and it honestly got annoying after a while so I ditched it.
I think you will get used to sitting in it. Lower seat rails can't hurt though. Just have to watch to make sure that they won't limit the ability to move the seat or provide a less than OEM level of quality in case of an accident.
