Just installed my short shifter. Great mod. Great instructions too, Bryan.

Here are a couple of notes on my install:

- Getting the rubber shifter boot that is held down by the white plastic ring was rather difficult. It took more pressure than I thought it should and I did end up breaking one of the four tabs. Most likely, it was all about my technique or the lack thereof. There are four tabs at about the 10, 2, 8, and 4 o
