Duke gave the game to carolina and thank you is what they should be saying.

Up 9 points with 3 minutes to go I'm sure most tar holes turned the TV off.

Congratulations carolina on being the ACC regular season champs for the first time in a loooong time.

 

I sense some bitterness.


Duke will need to get very lucky to make the sweet 16. The lack of depth (Reggie "I got drunk and got Tea-Bagged at a UNC party" Love) is really going to effect them.

 

Actually, UNC took the game from you.

Also, if you think we're turning off the TV at that point, then you don't know us very well.

Anyway, congratulations on a heart-breaking loss. It couldn't have happened to a nicer bunch of guys.

 

But I don't necessarily agree that Duke will have trouble making the Sweet 16. Coach K will have them ready to play (assuming Redick and Williams are healthy).

I agree......Can you imagine how I felt my g/f actually attended UNC "shutters eww" There definately was some tension at dinner . Its ok though, I'll be when Duke wins the Championship.

One hell of a game.... the better team certainly won. Think we'd let you guys bring the broom out on us? We did it without McCants too, dont forget that one. Duke will do well to get to the 16 let alone past it. About time UNC served a L to Duke again, welcome back the rivalry!
