Thanks but in addition to the scrape there is also a pronounced dent..

I drove the car today and tried not to look at the dent getting in but ...well...you know.

 

Sorry to see this happen but I feel your pain. Yesterday I went to put the top down and forgot to lock one of the latches and when the top went back the latch ripped a nice 2 inch square hole in the soft top.

 

Shit Lee, I guess its time to get the NSX after all...



On a side note, one year after I got the car I needed to return a carpet steam cleaner so I went to place it in the passenger's seat, and it snagged the perforated leather in the door and tore it. Moral of the story - don't get a steam cleaner anywhere near an S2000.

 

I would screw that up too.

 

Those Suzuka Blue cars seem to be dent-prone. Sorry this happened Lee. Really sucks because you care much for your car and always have it looking great. Keep us posted on the repair.
