Yep, that's pretty much it. 
It's this thing from Modifry: Modifry's Readline Shift Beeper
It includes a function that let's you set off an alarm if the RPM goes over a certain range. If, god forbid, you ever had to let a valet park your car, it's going to scream at them everytime they try to sport around with your car. Or, more likely, if I let you borrow my car, just to piss you off.
As for it being "CHAV," ask Bryan. He likes his.

We are still planning on meeting at the Cracker Barrel off 85 and Billy. Departure time is 9am promptly. Please eat, take a squirt, and get gas beforehand. We'd like to get to The Dragon around 1pm. Bring your two way radios.

I can't ....Hendrick has kept my car overnight, which has led me to volunteer to close thursday night. Only possibility I have is to drive up friday night after work, crash with someone, and stay saturday until 2 PM, of which Ill have to leave to go back to work again....
I'm so bummed, I was hoping to stay up there all day thursday and half of friday at least.
Deiger, if I don't see you, I'll mail you money for the 2 cars or you can sell them to someone who wants them. I'm guessing next time I'll see you is at the next tavern meet.
