I purchased my S out of state and live in the Charlotte area. I will need to get the spark plug TSB done and am wondering if anyone has a recommendation on which dealer in Charlotte I should use to maintain my S. Dealers North of town such as Concord or Statesville would be fine also. Thanks!

I think the general consensus is that Hendrick South offers the best service for our cars locally.

 

Just had another flawless service at Hendrick on Thursday. I went in for an 18k service (small), but after talking to the service guy (Bill) and explaining that I was about to go on another meet (translation: some hard driving at DragonBall), he arranged the time to have them check the brake pads, fluids and a few other things, even though my original appointment was for a short timeframe. They worked it out for me.

Definitely Hendrick Honda on South Blvd. See Michael Laster or Peggy Rode. They have been excellent to work with and call me by name each time I stop by .. even without an appointment. They go the extra mile for me every time I have a question or concern.

 

I suggest Hendrick Honda on South Blvd. They have been very good to work with. I took my 2001 in for some warranty work and they did an excellent job. I agree with Lucky24. they go the extra mile, answer my questions and also keep me informed of the progress. Good Luck

 

Ditto. They've been very accomodating. Replaced my rear window without any fuss and always keep you in the loop.
