Default Chateau Elan

So I went on weekend getaway with my girlfriend this weekend to Chateau Elan. I parked my car out where all the signs say "Parking". After having my CRX broken into in high school I always park under a light in the parking lot.

Well after some wine tasting and awesome dinner last night and an incredible breakfast, I walk out to the lot to get my car and noticed that some body had ripped off my passenger side marker. Just ripped it right off.

So I am in the market for some new side markers (i.e. flush/flat mounted or clear JDM). Any body have a place to get them other the Manchester Honda? Pics of the damage after the jump.

That really sucks, senseless vandalism.

Hardtopguy sells the clear (JDM style) side markers used on the CR. Honda OEM parts, so perfect fit. I don;t know where you would get the missing connector -- junkyard?

Are you sure it happened at Chateau Elan?

I have never had an issue with an of my cars there, that is why I am wondering. Plus one side marker seems random for vandalism.

Oh yeah I am sure that it happened there. I usually do a complete walk around my car every morning. Before I left for Chateau Elan, I approached my car from the passenger side, so I know that it was there.

There was a rowdy group of people there from a wedding, so I am sure it was some drunk dude being a prick.

As for fixing the car; I got the side marker from Gwinnett Honda. I am going to put it back on this weekend, but was wondering what the positive and negative wires were? Any one have a manual; there is a black wire and a green wire. I am assuming black as the negative, but Honda does some weird stuff with their harnesses.

I could check it with my multimeter, but my 9v battery is dead...any help is appreciated.

take out your other side marker and check the wires in that.

Polarity should not make any difference -- it is a two-wire system and the bulb is a simple resistor.

From my past experiences with Honda, this isn't always the case. I can tell you from past experiences that the door speakers are different from passenger to drivers.
