Well I found out after some looking and planning that this falls right on Mother's Day this year! Nice planning folks. Plus it's also my son's Birthday. So I am OUT. We will be in CT visiting family and celebrating. I will surely make it there this year just at one of the S2000 Super Secret Meets that we put together every so often.

Sorry you can't make it Jim. I fully understand. I too wondered why Mothers Day weekend was chosen.

Rolled the car off the trailer Dec 3 after winning the SE Regional Championship and literally haven't touched it since. Had every intention of running Roebling in Jan but was out with the flu, so looking at prepping the car this weekend for CMP on Feb 10. Possibly instructing with Tarheel Sports Car Club at VIR (full and grand course!!!) on Feb 24.

That was partially my fault. The two options were early early April (great chance of uncooperative weather not to mention probable snow still in the Midwest/Northeast/Canada) or May (Mother's Day Weekend).

I just tell people, "Bring your mom."

GUTI007 - You are up in Durham? Have we ever met? If not WE NEED TO! I am where 64 crosses Jordan Lake and Big Woods Road.

We met briefly last spring but we hadn't moved yet. But yes, I am in East/SouthEast Durham.

We head out your way when the Wife wants to go to Fearrington Village. Before landing in Durham we almost purchased a house in Briar Chapel...
