Here's the majority of the playlist from my favorite 'drive fast' cd:

'Crazy Train' Ozzy Osbourne
'James Bond Remix' Moby
'In the End' Linkin Park (you must see the WRC video I first heard this song on)
'Rock Concert Movements' Blue Man Group
'Surfing with the Alien' Joe Satriani
'Anvil of Crom (Theme from Conan the Barbarian)' Basil Poledouris
'Sweet Home Alabama' Lynyrd Skynyrd
'Righteous' Eric Johnson
'The Schumacher Song' DJ Visage
'Zombie' The Cranberries
'Born to be Wild' Steppenwolf

The Matrix Soundtrack rocks for driving. Very upbeat tunes.

For me it's mostly metal. I'll pick the hardest songs from each disk and put them on one CD. Artists like System of a Down, Korn, Metallica, NIN, Ozzy, and maybe even a little Red Hot Chili Peppers.

What a great question, where does one start.....

Of course, I dont have a S2k, but....when driving, here are some songs that makes you want to put the pedal to the floor.

While starting the car.....
1. (Hed)P.E. - Suck It Up

Driving....
1. The Darkness - Get Your Hands Off My Woman
2. Dredg - Movement 1: @45

Hmmm. . .very interesting. I listen to all kinds of music and enjoy XM in both the Civic Si and S2000 (not to leave out the Accord either) and it does a fine job of playing music while cruising/driving. However, when I *drive* the S2000 like in our meets or on the Dragon, I prefer a mixed CD. In that CD, I have various techno songs with various artisits. I'm learning more and more on this genre of music, so forgive me that I don't know names and more.

I am VERY INTERESTED in listening to your choices above and will check these out on Wal-Mart's website as they have MP3 snippets to sample. Thanks!

Some great suggestions! I'm going to see how many I can find on iTunes.

Anyone else?

Thanks, everyone.

I listen to ALOT of stuff but I find my foot gets heavier to listening to the "Hackers" Soundtrack, some Paul Oakenfold, "Lola Rennt" soundtrack, and good ole AC/DC.
