I never know what I am in the mood for so it varies greatly. My fave alltime song (which many of you know) is Hey Pretty by Poe. Otherwise a typical mix would start out like this:
As I'm getting out of town I'll start with Lush's Stray and Nothing Natural then throw in Alice in Chains Them Bones and Metallica, by then I am ready for the Beastie Boys (anything will do), Dead Kennedys I Fought the Law or maybe Anarchy for Sale, The Vandals What About Me?, Butthole Surfers Woly Poly (okay I know I'm showing my age with a few of these songs! but they take me back to a much simpler time), and then just to make sure I'm still sharp, throw a curve and play Charlie Daniels Band Devil Went Down to Georgia. I'll cool the tires down with the Ataris cover of Boys of Summer and Coldplay's God Put a Smile on your Face. After that a nice smooth transition as I pull into the neighborhood with Dream a little Dream of Me from the Mamas and Papas and Israel Kamakawiwo'ole's Somewhere Over the Rainbow.
Looking forward to the CD Ron!

MyBad: "Because I'll be honest with you! I love his music! I do! I'm a Michael Bolton fan. For my money, I don't know if it gets any better than when he sings 'When a Man Loves a Woman'."
