We didn't want you driving up with us anyway, since you have trouble staying in your own lane.
That's only because I have to PASS slow farts like you!

I'm so excited! Today the S had new tires put on (there were at least 3 nails in the old ones and almost slicks on the front), an alignment (she was way off), oil changed, and tomorrow she may get a wash and wax (depending how cold it gets).

Tomorrow night I will be packing:
Wine
Cheese
Fruit
Cigars
A naked game for the naked drivers
Ipod with speakers
brake pads
brake fluid
Mobile oil
corkscrew
Lots of CDs for the long drive to and from

hmmmm...? Anything else I'm missing?

I'm picking up Bryan at O'Hare around 12:00 so we will not get to the lodge until really late. I've instructed the lodge to give our room keys to whoever is still up. Del you're the best choice since you will be our cabin buddy!

Maybe we will meet up on your Dragon night run!

I'm in the home stretch on my '04 transmission swap. The car should be back on the ground tonight and out for a test drive. I have an appointment tomorrow for an alignment and a new right-rear tire ready to be mounted. Then, it's in to the office for a bit. Tomorrow afternoon's tasks include tucking away the wiring for my Alpine ipod interface, washing the car and packing for Saturday.

YIPPEE!!! (Do you feel the this time, Mark?)

Ron and I were also planning to leave around 7:00 am on Saturday, taking 485 from Matthews out past Pineville to 85. Just name a meeting place, and we'll be there! Send me your cell phone # too....mine's 704-661-0704.

So glad you're going!

In all honesty, I could have avoided the headache by 'eyeballing' the clutch alignment from the very beginning. That's been the only real problem thus far <knocks on wood>.
