Unless that exhaust has been modified in some way, it should be simple bolt-on. Shouldnt take long at all... 15-30minutes at the most.

I think there will be some welding involved because it was previously welded on at the cat. Plus it has no resonator on it.

Well... you crack it (or it gets cracked).. call your insurance company. they give you a code, call a glass replacement bus that works with your insurance company, give them your info and code.. thats it. Actually, nowadays, you can just call the glass place directly and they will take care of calling the insurance company and all of that, and come out and replace it. A new windshield is just a phonecall away.

If you were to ask me, I have no idea what it costs to have a windshield replaced... have never paid for one in my life.
