Hello,

I'm new to the board and very happy to see there is a forum for Carolinians. I just got myself a used 2001 silver S2k about a month ago and loving the car every time I drive it. I have seen a couple S2k's around town (Cary, Apex area) so I may have seen some of you on the board (I usually will give a wave to other S2k owners). Well just wanted to introduce myself and hopefully I will get to know all you better.

 

Howdy Reignman. I live in Apex but am moving to Holly Springs--I'm sure we'll see each other regardless. Just look for the red S2000 or yellow Miata, we'll give you a wave back.

Welcome Reignman! My fiance' drives the S, but I get to drive it once in awhile. If you see a Suzuka Blue around, it's probably us. I think a local meet would be a great idea. Especially before the holiday's get here.

BTW... Chris, I have a co-worker of mine (Howard) that is in the miata club. We got talking about the S and he mentioned your woman's car and how you brought it to the last meet. I guess your a well known man in the RTP car world!

Urpow... did you try to race a Suzuka about a week ago at the intersection of Cary Parkway and Old Apex? I was driving my fiance's car with her in it and a guy in a red corvette wanted to race. I was thinking about it until I saw the Z06 badging...
