You have to spell his name CalebHayes. I have the link. Let me know if it works.

Thanks...that site apparently hates me because it didn't work the first time and now when I tried to sign up, it told me... "We are experiencing difficulties, try again later."

Rich, here's hoping you get the best Christmas present of all; improvement in your wife and son's health. We're all pulling for you! Take care of yourself so you can take care of them.

Thanks for putting up that link itshers2k.

Sign up is real easy, than it takes you straight to Caleb's carepage if you use that link.

This is really a great website for anyone with family or friends going through health problems.

Wow Rick. I am sorry for your experience. As a father of 3, my prayers are with you.

Now, if you don't mind I will like to share a personal experience. My youngest brother had his 1st baby 2 years ago. Pregnancy went normal, but when the due date came nothing happen. Doctors decided to wait. 2 weeks later ... yeah, two weeks ... a supervising ObGyn decides to rush her to the hospital for an emergency c-section. The baby had the umbilical cord arround her neck and none of her vital organs worked. She had all kind of machines supporting her life for 16 days. We all expected the worst. However, today I have a lovely, healthy and happy 2 year old niece. So hold on to all that hope I know you have.

I appreciate that story. That is pretty scary stuff. It's funny you said 16 days because that is how old he is today. My wife got released from the hospital yesterday and got to hold him for the first time today, which was very exciting, although he still is on his ventilator, he seems to be slowly improving. We are trying to stay positive.

Thanks again guys!

Rich

I need to be more active here. Even though I don't think I've met you before, you, your wife, and your baby boy are on our prayer list at church now and we will be praying for you every morning before we start work. We've seen the power of prayer here every day and believe with all of our being that God answers prayers and hears His people. God will see you through this time in your life.

May God reach down and wrap his arms around your son and hold him in his healing hands.

An old pastor of mine and best friends of my parents recently lost a child to leukemia and used the care pages. They got an overwhelming amount of support from those from folks in similar circumstances, and they all became a small family. Continue to use them and draw courage from them.
