Hello all,

Well I am glad to say I am one of the lucky few to get an Evo in the area. You may have noticed that the dealers in Raleigh/Cary/Durham stopped gouging and started only asking for sticker just two days ago. As soon as I heard that I jumped on the ball. Well to make a long story short, I ended up purchasing the car from Leith Mitsubishi in Cary, NC. I must say that I enjoyed working with them there. My salesman was Robert. If you stop by, tell him smanders sent you.

Well once the local dealers lowered their price, they went like hotcakes. I am not sure the official count, but ALL of the Evos around here were sold with in 48 hours. I got the second to last one from Leith and luckily it was exactly what I wanted.

I do still have my S2000 for now. It is still for sale. If you know anybody in the market, its a real steal. I would keep the S2000 but since I don't have a 3 car garage, it would be unjust .

let us know how it does against the sti later this spring. I am looking for a second vehicle and I'm torn between the Evo or the Sti??

Also, you just gotta make it to one of our S2000 meets. I'd like to see the EVO in person.

 

NICE CAR!!!! I hope to get me one of those in the future. But like Canucks2k said I am also torn between the EVO and the new Sti. Right now I am leaning towards the EVO tho.
I want to second airgate's statement about taking it on a meet!

 

thats nice man, but i say keepem both cause u konw your going to miss the S. No more vtec for mitsu :-(
