Do a search, and check the S2000 talk part of the site. Plenty of info to be found.

Are you looking at building your own custom turbo kit? I think it would cost less then some of the kits that are out now but it is a real pain fitting everything. Mainly the intercooler piping and getting a good turbo manifold are your main issues. If you can get a manifold from the kits that are out now (UR, Speedcraft) that might be your best bet. A Garrett T04E/T3 turbo seems to be what a lot of people are using. I would go with UR 440cc or higher injectors for the needed fuel. HKS wastegate, HKS SS BOV. I would definitely go with AEM EMS. I had the Greddy Emanage and the car just didn't drive very well with it. I had the UR kit on my S2000 so this is the stuff that I worked with on the car. Be expecting to pay $5000 or more and spending a lot of time putting the kit together, installing, and tuning the car. Good luck.

BTW if you are still running the stock clutch you might also want to invest in a stronger one.
