I think a Garrett t3/t4 60 trim would work. Its seems most of the companies are using a turbo close to this. I was thinking a smaller turbo would better suite the S2000 because it doesn't boost much and the larger 60 trim isn't even close to its efficiency range at 8-9psi. I cant remember the reasoning but people have said that a smaller turbo wouldn't work as well so I would say just go for the turbo that the companies are using. I think this size turbo will be fully spooled by 5000-5500rpm. As far at wastegate I would go with a HKS 40mm which they make different models for different max boost levels. My favorite BOV is the HKS SSQV. It has a higher pitch then others I have heard and I just love the sound. I would get one on my Evo but since I have a MAF sensor it would cause stalling.

You'll have to tell me when you get that thing installed and tuned. I would like to have a friendly race with my Evo.

I have the Speedcraft kit and it uses a Tial 46mm Wastegate and 50mm Blowoff Valve. These will work very well. You may also want to PM the people at Evolution to see what size wastegate and BOV the 500+rwhp S2000 is running (it belongs to a customer of theirs). I am sure you have seen the thread. He is using Tial as well.

I had Sean from TorqueFreaks come to town this weekend. We installed 550cc injectors, an AEM wideband, and FPR. After he tuned the car I can safely say it is a whole new monster. I am running 7.5psi with an A/F ratio of approximately 11.4 across the board. This is a very conservative tune. My goal was safety and reliability over horsepower. I couldn't be happier. I will start a thread in "Under the Hood" about how the weekend tuning process went.

I made high 280's on a mustang dyno, which could equate to approximately 300+rwhp on a dynojet. My baseline on a dynojet was 204rwhp in Durham. After installing the turbo kit I reached 309rwhp at 7psi, but the tuning was terrible (tuned by Speedcraft) and it was running too lean for my taste. The turbo is fully spooled by about 3500-4000 rpm's. I will look more closely tomorrow when I go to work. It might be fully spooled more quickly than that. I used to live in Durham, I have since moved back to Northern VA.

Here is the link to the thread I started about TorqueFreaks/HorsepowerFreaks tuning my car this past weekend.
