Default Interior parts install..

i edited the post title since its turning in to something different now..

anyone know of a installer for interior pieces?

i was planning on ordering some stuff from http://www.shop.inte...-S2000_c76.htm.

i could handle install of something like a shift boot and the elbow pad cover but i wondered if any of you guys have experience installing stuff like the center console, and the door panels or know someone that does.

the spray adhesive is what scares me..
once i spray that on to my door panels, there really is no going back.

i might just order it and give it a shot...

Yes, they are decent and very reasonable in price(Back when they started, I don't know now). I had my Honda Del sol seats redone years ago when they opened doors to the public and came up very good. They have on the back of the shop a civic with every single thing done from ceiling to carpets and looks very good. They had that car there so you can see there work, I don't know if they still have it or not.

Either or good luck with your decision!!

Hrmm.
They must have changed bc I got a email back from them saying they don't do installs anymore and they won't do my doors or seats. =\

so basically, all they can offer me the shift boot, ebrake boot and elbow pad.
no install.

the entire point of me finding someone local was to do the install for me.

i know JPM will install if you send them the part.
maybe thats my only option.

I practically took the entire interior apart when I installed my sound system. It's really not that bad... just make sure you keep track of your screws and whatnot!

What exactly do you need help with? I'd be willing to assist if you'd like.

well, what i would like to do is cover the inner door panels, the center leather wrap.
i think the rest i could handle.

im just not sure how exactly the center leather comes off.
do those little buttons that hold it in just pop off?
ive pulled on them with quite a bit of force but didnt wanna push it.

taking the parts off is not what i would need help with.
its the actual gluing of the covers that im worried about.

this,

and this

what i plan on ordering is the
door panel coves
center console cover
shift boot
ebrake boot
elbow pad

all in alcantera with white stitching. =D

and possibly later if everything goes smooth.

a pillar covers
knee pad covers
visors
door sill covers

thanks!

Ah I misunderstood. That stuff is beyond me, haha. But I'm sure someone on S2KI has done it before...

Everything is pretty straight forward. Either snaps in or has small screws holding it on. The round tabs holding the leather straps on mind broke when removing them but they are cheap to replace

Just make sure you have all of the interior pieces pull nice and tight around the areas where your going to spray. That's all you have to worry about really.
