Default Long time no see

Hey! Just dropping in to say Hi, I'm heading out to Alaska in a week or 2 and just wanted to post up. I also regret to inform you that *GASP* I am no longer an S2K owner!! There were a number for reasons why I made the switch. Here are some pictures of the new car.

2006 Infiniti G35

As long as I don't get banned, I still plan on remaining part of the community, although since I left NC I haven't posted much, once I get back to the east coast (guessing around summer 2008) I'll be around alot more often.

Very nice Tyler!

Let me guess,

" Reasons to sell the S2K when the US Coast Guard assigns you to Alaska "

1) The S2k's convertible top would crack like an eggshell at -40 degrees.
2) You found too many Hawaiian rodents in that gaping hole of a bumper and they already have plenty of Snowplows up there.

HAHAHA!!

I pray to never actually get stationed in Alaska! The G will be staying in Hawaii till I move back to the mainland. I still plan on AutoX'n the G though! 99% sure its gonna stay stock.

Main reason I sold the S was the roads here. The S was waay too low and stiff. I never really got to open it up for fear of the HPD and with the car laws here I was always bring negative attention to myself. plus the price for Gs is about $3k less here then it is on the mainland for some reason.

Riiiiiiiiiiiiight...stock...sure.

Tyler, I can't pretend to be happy for you and give you congrats on the car. Dude, you are an S2000 guy! What's with the Nissan lovin' side of you now?? Ugh! I can't even picture you in that G35.

This ain't right...

Oh...and I don't think the G35 is very "nimble" on the AutoX course...I remember being ALL over one on the Dragon...I was in my lane the entire time, but he was all over the place...I had to slow it down just to prevent him running into someone.

Ok...honestly...is this some kind of Hawaiian "April Fools??" Seriously dude...tell me (tell US) that this is UN-TRUE!!

Yep...if this is true (and I don't plan to ever believe it)...then this is what Tyler's G35 is gonna look like in a few weeks.

Looks good man! I've always liked the look and body lines of the G35
I'm sure it's a helluva lot smoother ride and more comfortable in general too...

Having said that, once you come back east and are able to hang around more and play around with us like before, you'll be in another S2K you know that right? I'm thinking more of another one again as each day passes

Anyway, congrats man and good luck with your tour(s)!!

Yeah, we're still working our "magic" to get Viper Boy into another S2000.
