Default Looking 4 Body/Paint Shop....

I'm looking for a body shop in Raleigh or surrounding area that offers excellent custom paint work. Once my 02 arrives I will have my side skirts and bottom of the rear bumper painted. Any help or advice would be much appreciated....

BTW I hope no one mentions Hendrick...... F@KK*N AHOLES BLEEP BLEEP SON'S O BIT!*'S BLEEP Sorry had to get that out. Can you tell I had a terrible experience.

Plz share any experience or knowledge of body shops in the area that offer the best service and have a good reputation.

thanks alot!

If you do not mind going about 75 miles, A & L Body Shop in Kinston, NC is the best there is around. They specialize in foreign and domestic cars. They have done a lot of work for me and you would think what they did came from the factory on the car.

Charlotte may be too far for you, but I can highly recommend Import Paint and Body. The only cars they work on are "high line" cars. I've seen the quality of their work on a red 1988 BMW M6...the color match was perfect. They are worth a look. Phone number is 704.535.0571.

Funny, the mailing list I was just telling you about today at lunch just had a discussion about the best bodyshop in the area. Kenny Hawkins in Cary got a lot of really great reviews + a few bad ones. Fosters on Capital Blvd. was recommended as well as Finigans in Cary.

I second this. They have worked on both my bimmer and my S and each time was perfect. Plus they have cool office staff.
