Ron and I went to see it last night; absolutely stunning! Movie is 3 hours, 28 minutes and 58 seconds long, so plan pre-movie drink consumption accordingly. Worth every minute!

I'll go see again ASAP.

Personally, I'd respond, "Yes...you would be in the dark." There is a tremendous amount of character work with these stories...and by the 3rd movie you're talking about the camera working with every bit of 20 different characters (some a little...some a lot).

*sigh*

I'm not up for 3+ hours of trying to catch up. I guess I'll go see something else.

Any suggestions?

Anna and I watched it and. . .

GREAT MOVIE!

We really enjoyed it and like Dave, we were unable to move. I saw plenty of other folks getting up for more drinks, popcorn, etc and even with my bladder wanting to burst, I kept on watching. Every single moment of the movie was spectacular. Really awesome and extremely enjoyable. Dare I say, it gave us IMMENSE PLEASURE!?

Visit www.localmovies.com and select Wilmington, great resource for movie viewers.

Well, two other movies Anna and I plan to watch are:

The Last Samurai
http://lastsamurai.warnerbros.com/html_index.php
After examining the ravages of 19th century America in his Academy Award-winning Civil War drama "Glory", director Edward Zwick explores the birth of modern Japan in "The Last Samurai," a sweeping epic set in Japan during the 1870s. Tom Cruise stars as Capt. Nathan Algren, a respected American military officer hired by the Emperor of Japan to train the country's first army in the art of modern warfare. As the Emperor attempts to eradicate the ancient Imperial Samurai warriors in preparation for more Westernized and trade-friendly government policies, Algren finds himself unexpectedly impressed and influenced by his encounters with the Samurai, which places him at the center of a struggle between two eras and two worlds, with only his own sense of honor to guide him.
