Howdy gang, upgrading the sound system in my S, and I could use some expert opinions. I'm posting in the electronics forum, but maybe somebody in the Carolinas can help me out too.

I'm looking at an Alpine head unit and amp, and Polk Audio speakers to replace the components. Also on the list is the 8" sub enclosure from azcartoys, but I have no idea what good 8" subs are out there.

Can any sound junkies take a look at my electronics posts and chime in? Also, does anyone by chance have access to discounts on any of the equipment I'm looking at? It can't hurt to ask...

JL Audio subs are pretty damn good. Soundstreams as well.

 

Matt, Contact PAS2Knut (Jim) or PJK3 (Phillip). They're pretty sharp on the stereo and electronics for S2K. Tell them Golden Eagle recommended them
