Well, I'm a new member, just thought i would say hey and introduce myself. My name is Zach, i Live in Cary, NC and own a 2001 Silverstone with black leather, and just as my license plate reads my user name is MrWizard Well thats all for now
Ha, I do believe i have seen you cruising around from time to time. Well i will be putting in some sort of bass/amp set up in the trunk, just havent quite decided what to do without using my space for my golf clubs other than that, i think once my warranty goes out i might try to drop in a supercharger, all depends on what I feel like at the moment.
Welcome to the neighborhood.... I live off Davis by the elementry schools. Look forward to seeing you around.

And yes, make plans for the Zaino clinic in charlotte!!
As far as addding and amp, bass, etc........I have just done this and my clubs fit just fine. I take the Driver out and put it in the trunk first, then put the rest of the bag in.
Try to make it Zaino/OBX. Both should be a great time.
I can leave the driver in the bag and still get my clubs in OK. The trick is to put them in clubheads first , then the bottom of the bag just fits by the other end of the trunk opening.
When I bought my car, I actually went out, got my golf bag out of my old car, and walked into the showroom with it to test the trunk. No one seemed surprised, so I guess I wasn't the first one they'd seen do that (:-)
But then, I don't have any audio components in the trunk. I need to save room for a carry-on bag along with the clubs for weekend golf trips!
My clubs were easy to fit prior to installation. Now after, its a tight fit, but they still fit (see phot below).
BTW, Baritone, I did the same thing with my clubs when i test drove the car. They told me that happens all the time when someone comes in to look at the S.
