daily driver i've allready put on 4200 miles in about 6 weeks. And im about to make an atlantic city trip. I need to stop taking all these road trips

 

Mine is a daily driver as well. I have 33k miles on it for an 02 I guess isnt too bad. I do take many road trips including HIN, coming up in August in ATL I believe. Then Sept. 18 and 19th Nopi, but I love to enjoy the car everyday! I was looking into a 500 beater but insurance would have been more than its worth.

Hey, like you I just got my '00 S a couple days ago. I'm going to be using it as a daily driver as well. Mine's only got 10k miles on it though .

 

My 03 is my daily driver too, but I live less than 1 mile to work. I warm her up longer than I take to drive to work. On weekends is when I really drive and it's been a blast. I just hit the 4500 mi mark last weekend.

 

When I purchased my S2000 in early '01, I planned on using it for a daily driver but I quickly purchased a 93 integra as the beater. At that time, I had a 100 mile round trip commute to work.

I believe the S2000 is dependable enough as a daily driver but the tires are expensive and I refused to go with anything other than an P S02s.

I will say that by basically using my S2000 as a weekend fun car, it made it even more special to drive. (especially compared to the tegra)
