Got home from Charlotte late Monday. Also met a guy on way to Charlotte, and he was glad to know that there was the S2Ki Group in the Carolinas and will be joining us in the future. Great photos please keep them coming. Vyk

On a tragic side note, trying to get back to our hotel Tues. evening, the police had Ocean Blvd. from the Yachtsman hotel past the Pavilion blocked off, on lock down around 10-10:15pm b/c of a shooting!!!!
Apparently word from the street, some friggin' knucklehead in a vehicle was pointing a gun at people cruising down the strip ... Well of course someone called the police to notify them and give a vehicle description... When police confronted the vehicle, dude started firing at will... WTF!!!
Now I don't know if the officer got hit or killed or what, but the gunman was fatally shot by police... Un-friggin'-beliveable!!!!! We had just left down there a good hour before it went down... You just never know I guess...
