I was behind a Silverstone AP2 with AP2V1s in my GPW S waving but no response. I then drove up beside the man and when I waved, he looked at me like I was crazy. At that point I politely kicked it and cut him off to make my turn. I think it was one if the pompous asses that works at the hospital that's too good to wave.
