Tell you what, if you have to go back to the plastic rear top for $$ reasons, if you'll use Meguiars Plast-X twice a month on it, it'll keep the window more flexible and durable during the winter months especially... and it helps keep it clean and see thru longer.

At least I had good luck using it

aerokits is running a special on cwest mugen replicas cf with hardware kit for 2000$. those plastic rear windows crack in temps less than 50 deg. the plastic rear to replace is 255$ and a bitch to install. i know ,i had the same crap happen and replaced it myself. luckily the insurance covered it. ihave a cf cwest hardtop, love it!

It takes just as long to install a rear window as it does to do a entire top. the bitch of it is lining up the window piece with the rest of the top.

Sounds like I might as well just roll with some tape for awhile and save for a hard top haha

i have a silverstone hardtop right now that i was thinking about repainting spa but i'm still undecided. let me know if you're interested in it. used for only 2 years mostly parked in the garage and been stored since the car it was on was sold 1 year ago.

I was looking at an s2k at carmax and wanted to put the top down so the sales guy told me I could, so I did and the back window was plastic and it cracked right open.. I didn't even buy the car hehe..
