OK... so I went back out to where I spun out this morning to take a few pics and see if I could locate my side marker........
Here is another pic of the car I forgot to post....
This is the location where I left the road:
...to help get an idea of where I was... (I know,... I could have done a better job.. but I am tired

I turned around... and this is where I came from:
...my path and spin at the farthest right point...
It was 9 AM when I took these, you could still see the water on the street from the sprinklers:
... and the house that dumps water onto the street every night....

WTF? Why are you showing us pics of this when you should be banging on the dude's dor demanding payment!!!???? This is awful. A lawyer could EASILY take this for you. Even if it is not the rich dude's fault, it would be the city/municipality for lack of drainage.

oh, and by the way, thats AMAZING how far you skidded from the combo of new tires/ water only going 30 MPH! I didnt think it was that extreme. It looks like if you had bald tires you would have done much better.

First of all Jason, sorry for your wreck. Even tho you've dinged up your pride and your S2k..... it's just a car. Take some personal responsibility and please do not go down this road (below).
You've already admitted you were over the posted limit and I tell you, if someone came knocking on my door demanding payment (because I sprinkle my lawn) as DrDre suggests, they'd be looking at the open end of a GLOCK 9mm in no time.
Going after your municipality regarding a little water on the road is just as fool hardy.

ooooh ok so suing someone for contributing to an accident is FAR worse than shoving a gun in their face. Ok thanks tough guy.
Sorry, but when trying to show someone the "right" road, you don't start talking about guns, shooting people, showing how big your penis is, whatever. I don't know how bad it is at night there in Florence, but by the daytime pics of water STILL wet in the street shows it could be quite a bit of water.
Hell, I am picky about the water b/c the damn city of Charlotte water the street in front of my apt. on providence rd. 3 times a day and dumps MILLIONS of gallons of water for no reason. When I get my hands on my brother's camera I'll show you what I'm talking about when I think of "excessive."
so, VFROOM, does your GLOCK 9MM (wow!) scare more people than a 380, or a 44 MAGNUM? How can you tell? Do you measure how much they pee their pants? I'm interested in your scientific research on this. Do you go around town waving your gun at people or just wait for people to ring your doorbell? oo, I know, Maybe you even go down THAT ROAD looking for people!!!
