I'm a student at Clemson and we do have a Sports Car Club that is an organization of CU. However, a bunch of us tend to have a weekly meet (5-10) cars once a week, but most of the people/cars aren't members of the "club". But that's another story. Anyways, We usually just go somewhere that has some sort of specials for the night. (i.e. all you can eat wings and the sort)

PM if you want for more details and I'll introduce you to everyone. There's all sorts of cars, not just S2000's. We're outnumbered by 350Z's but no suprise there
Check out the site at www.clemsonscc.com. I usually make it up from ATL once a semester for an autocross.

As for Clemson, man you live in Columbia. It's about the same as far as weather goes. It's not like Clemson is at the Summit of Pikes Peak.

You will like the roads a lot better though. Cola roads suck!

I gotcha. I'm from Chapin, SC and I use to frequent Harbison all the time back in high school when I had a Celica. The bridge program is a good program. I know several people that have done that sucessfully. Just make sure you stick with it and keep your GPA up to make it count.

The 350Z guys are good guys. I just give 'em a hard time. My roommate has a Greddy TT and a close buddy has a Vortech'd Z. The group of us all get along well. There is just some animosity between a lot of the "car guys" up here and the actual ClemsonSCC members. I personally have no issues with any of the ClemsonSCC members. I'm just not a big fan of how they view people who drive cars that are apparently considered "too good" for someone in college. I can fill you in later if you really want, but that's a whole other story. Don't let me scare you away from CSCC. Check it out and make your own decision. We are definately trying to come together and unite as one club though.
