Raleigh Area?
Where is the usually hang out place around Raleigh area, ricers or not? any street racing around here? I wanna check out some phat rides around the town? where should I go? any suggestions?

As far as hang outs and street racing hmmmm. You could cruize up and down Capital Blvd and pick a race with some high school kids. They all hang out at the shopping center across from the Target etc.

I am glad to see so many DSM guys upgrading. I did the same back in January. If you REALLY want to find some competition, hit the autocross.
I race with Tarheel Sports Car Club. I am going to be racing in Sanford this weekend. Plenty of cars chunkin' tires. Here's what's going to be there April 7 entries. Plenty of "phat" rides, even a Z06. If you're closer to the Greensboro area, try here Triad Sport Car Club. You can also hit the driving schools too. Some require SCCA approved rollbar. I am working on that...

You mean other companies use sametime too? I thought that it was an IBM internal tool. Anyway, I work over on falls of neuse... sounds like I should go take a cruise down capital 2night and play with the kiddies

Glad you see you made it through last lay off, yea I talked to you last time on sametime. We definitely should meet up for lunch one day... I wanna check out ur phat ride!! I'm thinking about getting a hard top too, but dont know how it will look. my co-worker saw another white S2000 at work, is that ur old one, that someone else at mci worldcom bought? ALRIGHT... 3... NICE!!

I live right off Davis Dr., pass morrisville-carpenter rd toward RTP. Breckridge neighborhood. Yea, I just sold my 95 Mitsubishi Eclipse GSX thursday, man... getting use to driving rear-wheel drive from AWD, its fun as hell. I raced my friend's v6 mustang(I know its nothing) on I440 from rolling at 35mph, by da time he got to about 80mph, and I was already long way down doing 105mph, and I didnt even feel like doing that fast either.... maybe thats why this car costs $33k. You should've seem my friends face after we got out da car, and the whole time he thought little 4-cyc can't do nothing.. ahahahahha gotta love that!!
