Just checking how many people had the recall done and needed replacement parts vs. the visual inspection and passing.

Still have not taken mine in, as it seems to work fine and would hate to mess up a good thing.

Would love to come to Durham, but is 150 miles away from me. GrandMasterKhan sounds like the place to go.

Any good dealers on the coast, Jacks, Wilming, New Bern, Morehead that have good reputations with our cars.

 

Recall takes 15 minutes, they just measure the distance and travel of the booster, it won't mess anything up. If its out of tolerances then they will order you a new one... eventually a booster will need replaced (sometimes 10 years sometimes a lotttt longer) but a free one is never a bad thing. Lol

 

it is unllikely you would need a replacement. I do appreicate you wanting to come see me but since you are so far away i'd advise you try a local dealer.
