Hey all, after a year of driving my S around Charleston with Duct tape on my plastic rear window, I finally decided to bite the bullet and replace my top. I went with a Robbins replacement top with rear glass instead of doing the AP2 conversion and I must say that it turned out very nicely. Great fit/materials etc and includes a three year warranty. Grady's on Dorchester road in Charleston did the work and they did a great job as usual. Here are some pics for those who are interested or thinking about replacing a plastic window top.

 

did the same mod in april...couldn't be happier. the robbins also looks more expensive than the oem (imo), blacker too...

 

also please take that dealership sticker off your trunk lid...

 

How much are they?

 

Pretty sure I got mine for $650 shipped, install was about $500.

 

mine was $700 (with defrost), installed it myself. DIY FTW!
