Default S2000 Blue Ridge run this weekend

Hi All,

I didn't even know we had a Carolina forum! Anyone interested in a Blue Ridge Parkway run with some S2000s then please email me at dean29@triad.rr.com

I am in Winston-Salem myself so I was hoping to get some people from the triad interested in this run. It is suppose to be in the mid 70s and sunny on Saturday so it seems like a perfect day!

I have more details for this run!

We are planning on hitting the Blue Ridge on Mile Marker 195 of the Blue Ridge Parkway.

The nearest town is Fancy Gap, Va. Do a mapquest search for Fancy Gap, VA on your pc and you will directions to it depending on where you are coming from.

The time is 10:00am on Saturday 11-03-01.

There is a gas station right there by the Blue Ridge parkway sign which is hard to miss. Besides you will see other S2000s!

Please email me at dean29@triad.rr.com so we will know to look for you and I will give you my cell number.

Please invite any other S2000 owners. We can go torwards NC or VA or break up into groups. No formal plans. Just a bunch of S2000s with the tops down on what might be the last nice weekend for a convertible before Old Man Winter ruins the fun.

aaaaaaaaaaargh!!!!
I can't handle this travelling any more! I am going to be out of town this weekend AGAIN so I won't be able to make it. Sucks to be making payments just to keep it parked at the airport. Have an awesome time. Looks like the weather should be perfect.

Just read your email and I did a MapQuest for Fancy Gap, VA from New Bern, NC. . .MapQuest states 5 hours and 59 minutes. I'm sure I should make it in about 4 hours so I'm in!

What route does it take you through. Maybe we could meet somewhere along the way.

I guess that I could just do a Mapquest search myself.
