S2K Events Within Reach?
Being new to my S2K, new to "enthusiast" cars that have organized clubs and events, and new to these forums - I am limited to the listing(s) of past events and those on the short range event calendar to see what I might be able to attend.
So far, I see the following events that are within a fairly modest drive for me:
-Pinehurst MED on 6 Jan (I will attend)
-Wake The Dragon 17-20 April (I will be out of town)
-SESM in June (I will again be out of town)
-Wednesdays at the Flying Saucer (a definite when the days are longer in Spring)
Are there any other suggestions?
I am particularly interested in Carolinas' Owners events to get to know the people, take some "spirited" drives on some previously unseen roads, and to see what some of you more seasoned owners have done to your chariots.

Good to have you with us !
Depending on the weather...I will probably do a 'Zoo' Run...either in Feb or Mar.

/\/\/\ Ah I'll prob. keep her stock for a little while and really get the feel for the car. I'd like to add a CAI and Hondata reflash after my 'break-in period' though... We'll see, gonna have to recover from the Holidays too, financially speaking of course

As the Spring nears...we'll probably pick up some tech days and general socializing...we also do some great group drives!!
my2ks2k had a great Blue Ridge Parkway drive he put on 2 weekends in a row to see the fall colors and to check out some great roads. Also, Yflyer recently put something together in SC...
I often open my home for tech days and what have you...so stay alert on the boards...we (myself and SC_Highlander) also try to keep the "Carolinas Calendar" up to date.
