You do get a system/pattern for getting in and out. It's not so bad once you get use to it.
I'm sre you would, but the few times I got in and out were enough for me. It was kinda like getting in and out of a bathtub or soemthing. THe bottom of the door was too high up

The main thing I liked was the power and quickness of the car. It handled like it was on rails!!!

That's why I gotta get me one... I actually did a photo shoot with Lotus before the cars actually came over here.

This is one example where your power to weight ratio really becomes apparent. Actually how do our cars stack up against these?

Nah, you don't. Heres the thing, that little bit of practicality that the S holds over the Elise will prove its self in the end. Especially if that is his only car.

Is he a touchy feely type person? I swear every brazillian I meet is like that. One of my old friends was from Rio, he would walk up, throw his arm around you like you had been the best of friends since birth... really strange, i guess its the culture.

They are very close in just about all aspects except reliability. Aside from the engine, its british.

In a straight line, the Elise and the S feel the same, but hit the curves and you can feel how light and responsive the Elise is. For pure fun and the sound of the engine, that Esprit was very cool to sit in and drive for the shoot. You should have heard that thing fire up in the trailer when they pulled it out for the shoot.

Look how tiny the Elise is...

Here are some early specs I put together before the price increases on the elise...
