I am 25 and pay 680 every 6 months with 100 - good driver deduction and 100 - second line deduction. I am also carrying 25/50/25 with uninsured and undersinsured.

Yep, when I moved to SC from NC my insurance basically doubled. SC insurance is indeed a RIP-OFF!!!! To me, the demographics are so similar there is just no reason for it.

Hey Mulder, that coverage you have 20/50/25 sounds very low these days. I am not an insurance advocate or expert, but I would protect myself and my assets better than that. Too many sue happy people these days, plus new vehicles and personal injury can eat up those coverages pretty darn quick. Then they move on to your house and anything else you own.

Ha.. good thing I dont own anything else.

I used to carry 50/100/50 but after several years of paying that (and the fact that I am not rolling in $) it just didn't seem worth it. Think starving college student paying everything and far away from home with no assistance.

D$$mit, who has got my violin????
