What is up with all you Bush supporters? Did you not see the documentary"Farenheit 911"? I will have to say I was not real gung ho on Kerry but I think I would have voted for a Ficus tree over Bush!!!!
What is up with this moral values issue too? Your parents taught you that! Come on people Bush has almost killed the economy especially in Ohio and Western North Carolina . It is almost so bad here that AL-Qaeda are the only ones hiring.
He has lost more jobs than any President in 75 yrs . Oh well you guys will see when your job goes to China or India like ours have!!!
For some of us out here in America the real terrorists are the CEOS and the politicians taking our jobs from Americans.

A little reading from " Liberal " NY Times.
http://www.nytimes.com/2004/11/04/politics...n/04voices.html

Silverstreak, You are badly misinformed, overly negative and economically ignorant. You are also guilty of getting all of your talking points from Micheal Moore.

Face it...most Americans are OPTIMISTS!...Until you stop being so pessimistic, you are in the Minority.............Live with it.

Economically ignorant eh? Explain this to over 48,000 in NC that no longer have jobs!!! Read this and learn http://www.agrnews.org/issues/126/localnews.html
You see it seems the greed of the CEOs and big wheels at the top was not enough they need more! The ex-CEO of Ford made over $9600 an hr. That is company looting if I ever saw it! I see BUSH boy doing nothing to stop it.
Overly pessimistic I believe is the new American way of life! Try explaining optimism to workers of Steelcase,Dayco,Lea Industries,Drexel Heritage (where my dad worked for 33 yrs-Thank goodness he retired before NAFTA),and Gerber. There are more plants that have closed around here than the ones I listed just can not name them all . The list is too long.
Lets see also the smaller companies that are hiring have either no Health insurance or no 401 k and the best news is they are paying nowhere near what you were making before. Yeah the American dream has turned into a nitemare for a lot of us! Of course if you do not need a job or are rich well I guess Bush is gonna take care of you!!!
It seems lots of Americans know what NAFTA is all about now . We freely traded our jobs for unemployment or jobs that pay about 50 percent of what we were making before NAFTA. Thanks Clinton and BUSH for making such a mess!

Wow.

Silverstreak HX - What would you like to see done to improve the situation as far as jobs that have been and will be lost to foreign countries? What is your solution to the problem? How do we fit into the global economy of today?

Also, why is it that the President gets so much of the blame for all of this country
