So im down at Rice Night tonight, down on capital blvd....everyones showin off their cars blah blah blah, and some S2000 driver, hoping no one on this bored, got busted racing of all friggin cars a LANCER....Jokers had to be doin 120+ and they both got drilled, ouch.... All i know is that they were in some serious trouble, it was a yellow S top down, asian man driving, with a passenger vs. some lancer, oh well hope it wasnt anyone on this site

 

That sucks. I was actually down there tonight also and all I saw was a black S2000. What time did the guy get pulled over? I was around Capital from about 11:00 - 12:30.

 

It was around 1145 behind the mcdonalds, and actually i just found out it was a yellow evo 8 that he was racing. cops were apparently behind them when they got on it. Dammit reignman i saw your ass man, in the wendys parking lot, i was honking to try to get you to stop but u kept goin.

 

What is rice night? A one time thing or every weekend? It would be interesting to check out some of those cars.

 

Dang I didnt know it was you and I didnt hear you honking. My brother said he saw you when we left.

Yea, its every Friday and Saturday night usually, im goin out tonight if anyone wants to join up, i already know of 1 other S im meeting up there, if anyone is interested let me know.

I think you meant Evolution VII (Evo 7).

That sucks that they got caught street racing. The money these guys will pay with increased insurance (in addition to the legal ramifications) could have been spent on a track.

Both the S and the Lancer Evo pricetag at over $30k. You would think that folks making the necessary yearly income to support these vehicles would have enough sense not to street race.
