Default Taking the S to the bus stop

Even taking the S down with my 5 yr old to the bus stop for a week now. Top down of course.

Though this AM I disconnected the battery as we were heading out of town today. Told him we had to take the truck as the S was "broken".

He stood on the stairs sobbing wiping tears away he was so sad we couldn't take the S.

Broke my heart and touched it so I had to fix the car and drive it down to the bus stop.

Haha, that's funny. I'm sure you two will enjoy making memories with the S over the years. I know I have with my dad.

Seems like an extreme measure to go through. It's not a Ferrari. These engines don't suck power. Why bother undoing the cables?

Story is quite funny though. Sounds like a smart kid haha

Clicked on this thread thinking you went to Daytona and got a pic at the bus stop on the back straight.

I have a battery drain gremlin. I am not sure if it's my alarm or my stereo. If I leave the car sitting for a few weeks the battery will get drained down. So I make it a habit that if I am not going to use her for a while to just pull the battery cable.

Being an installer for go knows how long I know alarms don't usually drain power but I do have a radar sensor. And a huge stereo setup so who knows.
