Im not sure, maybe it was the MY00 - MY01, but i think there is a TSB on the latches. The original owner of mine had the strikers replaces they latch nice and tight now. You could have those replaced and im sure it would make a big difference.

There is no rattling from the top while its up, but i do have a rattling coming from back behind the drivers seat I cannot quite find yet.
