Driven Performance, in Indian Trail (right by Charlotte). (704) 821-2981. Ask for Darius, and tell him Evan Watford sent you.

call evans. I believe he does them via email. you do a run and email him the map, then he makes the corrections, and emails it back. I've never heard anything bad about him. www.evans-tuning.com/ I haven't personally used him though.

I gotta second the Evan's recommendation. The man is simply one of the best in the country. He's done my car twice, and is about to do it for the third time. I don't know of any good local tuner's myself. I do know that Jeff is hard to beat. If you do find a good local guy, let us know though.

Check his website,Evanstuning.com. You basically fill out a long questionaire detailing all the aspects of your build. He then sends you a basemap and requests specific datalogs. You then go out and drive the car taking the logs he requests. He then changes the tune and sends you a new map. You repeat this process until you are satisfied with the cars performance. He did my turbo setup the first time to 12.5 psi. The second time we went to 18 psi with methanol injection. I'm getting ready to install a new manifold and 6266 turbo, and we're gonna take it to the limit of my fuel system. Car has always ran perfectly, starts instantly, and he always answer's my question's quickly. If I lived closer I would just tow the car to his shop as obviously there's always a little power left on the table this way. He's gonna err on the side of caution with the timing as its hard to tune it too the limit without the car in front of him. Can't complain though, i've had zero issues. The car still runs great and i've had zero problems with detonation or the motor. Shoot him an email and see if he's right for you. He may not be the right guy for you. As for me, no one else will touch my tune.
