Default Valve ADjustment

Sometime in the near future I am going to do a probably necessary valve adjustment on my car. Ive never done a valve adjustment before, I was planning on using the DIY post as my guide. However I had another idea, and that was maybe someone in our group who is familiar with this, that doesnt live a long ways off would be able to meet up and walk me through the process so I dont mess anything up. I got free beers for the person who is up for it. ANYONE ANYONE?

Sounds like you should arrange a valvle adjustment clinic followed by a spirited drive. It would be the first meet that I know of in the triad.

So is anyone still up for helping me out with this??? I dont know if anyone has seen my post in the UTH section, but I had my oil plug pop out on me ( yea you read that right) after meeting Airgate, sheadlee and bluestreak for dinner. Fortunately, I managed to keep the engine together and it appears to not have suffered any damage. But I think it would be a very good idea to adjust the valves after that scary incident. If not I suppose I can wing it, Im pretty mechanicly inclined. Not to mention, Dean is trying to arrange a triad meet speaking of the matter so itd probably be the first. I got a case of beer waiting~!
