Nice pics Dave! Man I started laughing all over again when I saw the picture of my car on the road, remembering all the trouble you had with the camera when the big time came. Well, at least you got my picture

Just some dude on The Dragon. It was a nice ride for sure. Was surprised (from SC_Highlander) to find out that the car is a kit car. The way the owner made out, I was looking at an "extremely rare production vehicle." Of course, his information was not exactly false...but he by no means offered up that it was a kit car assembled here from England. But regardless, the fit and finish was top-notch. Very sweet. High HP motor. Looked like a blast (shame about that whole fixed hardtop tho ).

the noble is NOT a kit car!!!!!!!!!

its hand made in the uk. its ~365hp and ~2150 pounds(carbon fiber body)...its blazing fast. topgear uk said it was the best handling car ever. said it made the elise look like a miata.

they are shipped from the uk with the engine and tranny removed and assembled here because of the lack of airbags. the noble m12 is my dream car they run about 90k cash here in the US unless you amazingly get financing from the bank.

That's the basic definition of a kit car. If you go to the importer's site, for ~60k, you get a complete rolling car without engine or drivetrain. It isn't a kit car in the '65 AC cobra replica' sense, but to get around US safety regulations, it is sold as a kit car. Still, it's pretty sweet.

Sweet pics!

90K cash? that probably translates into $200k cash here with the way the darn goverment taxes us on cars!!

I am going to have to stick to the Smart for a few more years....
