I applaud Tim for the way he handled the situation. As a business owner, he seems to realize that he has to take the good with the bad (from a customer feedback perspective). I think that is one of the big reasons he has been so successful on this site. Tim appears to have the "customer is always right" philosophy.
As far as Dean's comments being uncalled for??? Absolutely not. Dean bought the product and he has every right to voice his opinion regarding the transaction.
Glad to see it worked out for both parties

If you'd like, I can try to find the guys name...it's something like SC_Suzuki or something that sold me a nice camera mount that mounts to the front tow hitch. It comes with the lens and wiring...you just plug it in to your video camera that can rest safely inside your car. The picture is superb and records sound also (comes with the mic). If you're interested, I'll try to dig it up...if not that's cool too.
I really am very pleased with mine!

His mounts are very nice and take a great picture. I talked to him at the Dragon and he said he currently wans't selling them but would again if there was enough interest.
I did pick up a mount at a local A/V shop which mounts to my windshield effortlessly. You slide it on and turn the screws and it is mounted.
