Since my weekend of high-speed fun at Roebling Road has gone down the tubes due to the event being cancelled, I thought I'd see if anyone else wanted to go for a drive this weekend? I'm thinking something over in the Caesar's Head/Hwy 276 or Table Rock/Hwy 178 area. I'll try to get a plan together in the next day or so. Just post here if you're interested in a Saturday or Sunday drive.

 

I've got a wedding to attend on Saturday and I'm going to the Mazda Rev It Up thing with a MR2 Spyder buddy of mine on Sunday. I believe we're in the earliest session where our second track time is at 11:00. I'd imagine we'd be out of there by 2:00 or so, at the latest. I'll have to check with him, but I'd be interested in a Sunday afternoon/evening cruise and possibly dinner? I think it would probably take us about an hour and a half to get out to the Greenville area... Let me know if you'd be interested in that and I'll run it by my buddy and girlfriend (who will probably be going to Charlotte with me). If you wanted to do a day thing Saturday or Sunday though, feel free to forget about me!

 

I take it nothing is going on this weekend now?

 

Not much interest, so I've left it 'on the back burner'. I'll probably still go for a drive-- just not sure when yet.
