Post Well, whatta ya know...

I'm gonna be a Dad folks

We confirmed about a week ago and Heather's roughly 4-5 weeks along now... We're totally happy and excited and optimistic and, well I gotta admit, a 'lil nervous and scared and anxious too... Just a ball of emotions rolled up right now really!

Just wanted to let everyone know and, also, any and all comments, advice, well wishes, sympathy , suggestions, etc. are graciously welcomed

Brandon

The best thing that will ever happen in your life. It is very hard to explain but you will love he or she like nothing else in your life. I know your wife but it is different.
Congratulations! And hold on it goes VERY fast. My son is five and it seems like only a 100 sleepless nights ago he was born.

Enjoy the ride.

my daughter's 12 now.. i'm sizing her up for a cart... i can't begin to tell you about all the adventures i've had as a dad.. but the coolest day... it was the day after my 40th birthday... my wife ( X wife now ) went into labor... we were having a home birth... and the midwife said for the wife to sit ina warm bath to allow for some relaxing and skin streching, cause it was going to be a long day... the midwife had one errand to run an would be right back... the wife called from the tub an said call her back... like 10 minutes after she'd left... the midwife said no way the wife was ready and i said.. well, i felt a large round area starting to pop out...about 20 minutes later the midwife got back, walked into the bathroom places her hand down an said.. in the straightest face i can remember... could i please help her get the wife over to the bed... our daughter Jessica was born moments later... Mic's right hold on tight cause it's like yesterday and yesterdays gone... anyway.. i know soon Jess will be 16.. so.. carting is a good way to break her into driving...

Congrate's dude and mrs....
