Next Blue Ridge Run -- Saturday, July 12!
Hi All,
We will be having the 2nd Blue Ridge run of the summer on Saturday, July 12th. I am just posting ahead of time so people can make plans to attend!
We will be meeting at the gas station just North of the Blue Ridge Entrance in Fancy Gap, Va at 11:00am.
I will also be meeting people at 10am at Exit 184 off I-40 in Winston-Salem for anyone who will be coming through Winston on their way to the Run.
The whole events lasts approximately 6 hours. We drive from Fancy Gap, VA on the parkway down to Blowing Rock, NC. In Blowing Rock, we have a late lunch/early dinner. We did the Mellow Mushroom last time which seemed like a pretty decent place.
Then everyone heads back to their respective homes around 4:00 - 5:00pm.
Please post a reply and PM me your email address if you are at least interested and I will email out some reminders as the date gets closer.

Dean,
Didn't we agree to postpone the July 12 run due to the Dragon Run that is happening the same weekend?
BTW, since the Dragon Run is a moot point for me, I am tentatively planning to meet you for the Blue Ridge run again. I had such a good time yesterday!

The 12th is the only weekend I can do it this month and I am not going to the Dragon run this summer. I am going to wait until the Fall run at the Dragon.
Besides, one of the great think about S2000 owners is that there are many events going on every weekend!
The Dragon is a great run but for those who don't want to drive that far or who have not done the Blue Ridge, I thought this would be a good alternative!

Insane,
There is one in Charlottesville and the Dragon Run.
I am going to get another Blue Ridge Run very soon. I just have to work out my schedule.
Acutally, I can do the 28th of June so that might be the best bet.
I am consdiering making a northbound run from Fancy Gap up to Roanoke Valley but that not be as convient since most people are coming from North and South Carolina.
