CMAC: It's more of a small crease rather than a smudge. I consider a smudge to be the paint smudged a bit, but the paint is mostly fine, it's just that indented vertical line that you can see.
Shiftright: I would love to keep the car, especially since I haven't even gotten to experience it in hot weather yet. However, at this point of my life it really doesn't make sense to have 2 cars. In fact, just yesterday I decided I AM selling my 330 as well and picking up my mothers GS 300 for a great price. That way I can save even more money. Purchasing a home in the near future. Thanks for the concern though

Lowest price, $29,000!!!
This car hasn't left my garage since the day I put it up for sale. I really hate to take such a beating on the price, but I would like a garage to keep my other car in for the winter.
Can't beat this price for a basically new 04 S2k with UNDER 1000 miles!
This is it though, I'm not going to go any lower. Any less and I might as well just keep it til the spring.

Not trying to lowball you but I am in the market for an '02 or '03 to stay in the mid 20's price. I'd give you 28K if you really want to sell it now before spring. I'll fly to you and pick it up with cashier's check and I'd wire you a deposit. Nice bimmer, BTW.
