Here is a Honda S2000 that is in MINT condition with roughly 20,500 miles on it. I only exercise it every few weeks locally to keep the car healthy. Never taken to the track! This is the more hardcore AP1 model for purists looking for the real S2000 experience. Revs to OVER 9,000 rpm! Drive by cable instead of by wire. The AP1 generation is the purest analogue S2000 and is more hardcore than the newer and softer AP2 generation. No electronic nannies or computer assisted aids here, just pure driving pleasure the way it was meant. With a limited slip differential, LSD. No electronic stability control or traction control. They will never make another car like this again. It would not be legal.
In the past 12 years it only put on a few thousand miles. It's practically brand new. The car is unmolested. No engine or suspension modifications. Only several bolt-ons by a single company, Comptech (all reversible in a single afternoon). A Wiki search will show Comptech is one of the most important and respected Honda tuning and racing companies in history. It is just barely broken in, has only 20,700 miles and even smells like it just rolled off the factory floor! Soft top is in perfect shape with no rips.
