The good:
- soft top is brand new, glass window
- brake calipers, rotors, and pads are brand new
- new master brake and clutch cylinders
- wheels are very clean
- new continental extreme contact sport tires
- no tears in seats
- all fluids just changed
- interior is in great shape overall
- AC blows cold, all the controls work, it's super clean
- It's been a CA car it's whole life

The bad:
- a couple door dings

It does have quite a few miles but it still runs and feels like new! Honda quality definitely shows up on this meticulously maintained sample.
